Tru Pickle Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CHEESEBALL
16 oz. cream cheese, softened to room
temperature
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. chopped Trü Original Kosher Dill
pickles (you could also use the Smoked
Black Pepper)
1 tbsp. finely chopped dill
1 tbsp. pickle juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

FOR THE COATING
8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 tbsp. finely chopped Trü Original Kosher Dill pickles (or Smoked Black
Pepper)

DIRECTIONS
• In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, dill,
pickle juice, garlic powder and paprika until combined, then season with salt
and pepper. Form mixture into one large ball.
• Make coating: In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together bacon, cheddar and
chopped pickles.
• Roll cheeseball in the mixture until fully coated and serve.
